I must say you did a professional job. I didn't think it would be possible to remove such a big tree without
damaging the smaller trees and plants underneath. I was very worried at first, but once I saw how careful they
did it I knew it was for nothing. We've had a lot of other work done around the house and have been let down

you sent to cut down our 4 trees were prompt, friendly and pleasant to have around the house. they were
cautious of the safety of our 18month old son who has severe asthma letting me know we should go inside as they
were starting chipping. They performed an excellent service. There was no damage to any fences or sheds which
surrounded the trees, eventhough when we received other quotes from other companies they could not guarantee no

Trevor, I got your follow up letter in the mail yesterday. I think thats a really nice touch, and obviously
shows you're confident in the qualityof you're firms work- I know many firms wouldn't take the risk for fear of
getting a blast! I can assure you I'm totally delighted with the work you did. Mark & the team were
well-presented, courteous and efiicient. I cant beleive it took them under 90 mins and they left the place
cleaner than they found it- it would have taken me a month and i would have done a rubbish job. The other thing
that impressed me was that no damage was done to the other plants in my garden. You wouldnt beleive the number
of times I've had tradesmen tramp all over the plants to get to the job they're doing. As i said to my wife,
you wouldnt know your guys had been, except for the fact 1 tree was gone and the other trimmed! I would have no
